Why Do Hard Working Students Fail Exams?

Life is full of crazy and very challenging things. In the field of education, some students can go through the exams by getting high scores easily, while other experience only failing exams even though they have a good family background, good environment and good effort-making capacity. It is not because they are stupid or not a clever student, but it is because they do not know how to abolish two important problems within themselves.

The lack of self-esteem and self-visualization is the first and most vital factor leading to failing exam. There are many students who give negative thought to their minds or think that they are not qualified enough to sit their exams. Truly, they may think that they are poor with the subject matter or less capable to perform well in such situations-thought to be very challenging things which are too far for them to reach. Moreover, such students may never visualize themselves in the exam room. Actually, they should picture themselves taking tests or exams. In contrast, they do sometimes imagine taking exams but they just only visualize the negative pictures, such as seeing themselves answering very difficult questions or get. So they do the opposite of what is necessary, and this prevents them from accessing constructive memory recalling ability. They try to meet every test by studying harder, spending more hours in front of their books, and worrying more. Wrong! The answer is, in studying smarter, using your time efficiently and not worrying at all. So much precious studying time is wasted when the mind is consumed with worry. Worry is negative, lowers the concentration level for absorbing knowledge effectively, and accomplishes the increase of level of frustration.

To sum up, the lack of self-esteem, self-visualization, and stress are the most negative factors leading to the failure of exams for some leveler students. No matter how hard they work, these problems are still dragging our students down if those are unable to overcome the two points mentioned above. To avoid such obstacles, they should learn how to fulfill the shortages by reading more books on philosophy and psychology and put those guiding technique into your everyday activities. It is a bit difficult to do, but it really provides a fruitful outcome.
